Documentation to the samplr package
The samplr package is an R package available on CRAN. With it, you can:
- use MCMC algorithms
- use the Autocorrelated Bayesian Sampler model (Zhu et al., 2024)
- calculate some useful statistics that help with model inference.
The documentation to the samplr package lives here (with some very useful vignettes!). We have also written a manuscript on how to use it and how to fit MCMC models (Castillo et al., 2025).
It is an open source package, meaning that you can look at the source code here.
If you have any feature suggestions or if you find any bugs, please report them here (or send Lucas Castillo an email).
